Our Registration & Information days will be held over two Saturday’s at Daniel Street Park.
1st February – 10am – 12pm
8th February – 10am – 12pm
We are encouraging online registrations this year, this makes the process easier and quicker and ensures all your details are correct. To register your child online, please go to our website page and click on ‘Register Online‘ under your age group.
If you are an existing player your details will be there from this year. Please check over all your contact details, emergency contacts and update if required. You also now have the option to upload your child’s photo.
For all new registrations please ensure you bring your childs birth certificate or passport to one of our registrations days. This needs to be sighted by a committee member prior to the season commencement. A photo of your child also needs to be taken.
We are again a registered provider for the Active Kids Vouchers. Once you have applied online, please email us a copy to treasurer@olqpfalcons.org.au or bring a print out to registration day. Please add your childs name and DOB in the subject line.
